    Common Questions

Absolutely. Our coaches are certified in youth athletic development and understand growth plates, maturation, and age-appropriate training loads. We prioritize technique over weight and use safe progressions. Research shows properly supervised strength training is not only safe but beneficial for developing athletes.

Yes—we specialize in making young athletes feel welcome. Our small groups (max 8) are filled with kids their age who felt the same way at first. The environment is encouraging, not competitive. Most kids look forward to sessions within the first couple weeks.

We train athletes ages 8-18. Programs are scaled appropriately—an 8-year-old does not train like a 16-year-old. We meet every athlete where they are and progress them safely based on their development and experience.

Yes. We focus on foundational athletic skills—speed, agility, strength, coordination, and power—that transfer to every sport. Whether they play football, soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, or multiple sports, the training develops the athletic base they need.

We recommend 2 sessions per week for optimal results. This allows for recovery while building consistent habits. We offer flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening options to work around school and practice.

We offer month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. The best way to learn about pricing is to claim your first session free—there's no obligation, and you'll see exactly what we do before making any decisions.
